Beauty in all its simplicity

The staff! and the food! Amazing people, honest delicious Egyptian food!
Simple stony houses with dessert in front and sea view. Diving school near and amazing snorkeling with turtles.
The room was very basic but worth it for the very nice experience for a couple of days. If you want to meet something different than the all inclusive resorts, please go here!

Very good

Karim is a wonderful host who instantly made us feel at home :) The food is delicious and was adapted to meet our needs (vegetarian/vegan). The resort is in the middle of nowhere, so it's perfect to relax, a diving centre is nearby but you have the beach mostly to yourself. If you don't expect luxury but need a quiet place to unwind, it's a good choice!

Negative: There is no wifi, the rooms should be cleaned better and some plumbing work and other renovations should be done.

A future oasis toi become for backpackers eager for a typical experience

Typical chalet which we appreciate the isolation and the sumptuous view. The common areas are pleasant, and the opportunity to share with Wael and Karim who are very welcoming. The typical Egyptian food is well known in all Marsa Alam, and the quantities are great, be prepared if you have a tiny stomach. We encourage you to come and discover this very charming place, 5 minutes away from the sea. If you have any problems, your host will help you (he got us out of difficult situations twice). Wael is trying to turn this village into an Oasis, adventurers, don't miss this address.

Negative: Interior spartan, minimalist comfort. Electricity only in the evening, which is not disturbing.

Simple but confortable

quiet place, 10 minutes walking to the beach. Perfect place to disconnect. Excellent kitchen staff.

Negative: Be careful with the activities you arrange with Abdul in the hotel. He is nice but not clear. He changes the plans at his convenience. Be sure all the details are set before anything and DO NOT PAY until the end of the activities, otherwise you wouldn’t have any leverage if they don’t meet your expectations.

One of the best beeches on the Red Sea Coast with excellent reef and sea life viewing.

Fantastic sandy beech going out to deep water, rare on the Red Sea reef Coast, with superb reef about 10 minutes easy walk across flat desert. Perfect for beginners to snorkelling and diving, and those who want to swim in the sea. with no WiFi this is great get away from it all location. Snorkelling From the beech we saw a turtle and sting ray fish. Very tasty 'home cooking' Egyptian food; no menu you eat was it served. Very friendly staff. Go diving with Abdul, best early in the morning before breakfast! While it set back from the sea, the view of the sea and sun rise are great. This resort combines the desert and sea experience perfectly.

Negative: A towel would have been nice even small one, , although i understand this is an eco resort. The new road on the desert side of the resort means it is no longer open desert behind. But there are few vehicles on the coast road or the new road inland, so it did not not take away from the away from it all experience. The ubiquitous plastic bottles all over the desert.
